Which one do I need?

  • Chi-Square Test of Independence Calculator: The chi-square (χ²) test of independence checks whether two categorical variables are associated, for example gender and whether students use online learning (yes/no).
  • Mann-Whitney U Test Calculator: The Mann-Whitney U test (also called the Wilcoxon rank-sum test) compares two independent groups when the data are ordinal or not normally distributed, for example urban and rural students’ answers on a 5-point Likert item.
  • Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test Calculator: The Wilcoxon signed-rank test compares two related measurements, such as scores before and after an intervention, when the differences are not normally distributed or the data are ordinal.
  • Kruskal-Wallis Test Calculator with Dunn Post Hoc: The Kruskal-Wallis H test compares three or more independent groups when the data are ordinal or not normally distributed.
